My leadership journey began in a church setting as an Education Director, then took me to the corporate world as a Training Manager for a large ship repair company. Along the way, I've spoken everywhere from boardrooms to federal prisons – experiences that taught me leadership isn't about position or authority, it's about authentic connection and influence.

With a master's degree in leadership from Southwestern University and decades of hands-on experience, I've learned that the best leaders aren't trying to be someone else – they're the best version of themselves. That's why I founded RYVAL and developed training programs that focus on authentic leadership development.

I've trained thousands of leaders across diverse industries, from Canon IT to Stihl, and consistently hear the same thing: people learn best when training is practical, engaging, and immediately applicable. My approach combines proven leadership principles with real-world application because I believe leadership is learned through doing, not just thinking.
