I also know from years of experience that it’s common for married women, specifically within the context of the Church, to struggle to know how their voice fits in to their relationship, their family, and their community.

This is why I’m so passionate about tackling this from the source - within our sexuality.

When we find our sexual voice and compassionately listen, we are so much more able to access our intuition in all areas of life. Not only does this impact our marriages, but our relationships with our children, our friendships, and most of all - our relationship with ourselves.

Hi, I’m Rachel, and I’m an intimacy and Enneagram coach here at Nectarfull.

My upbringing in the church gave me a strong foundation, but it also came with a lot of internalized expectations about who I was supposed to be - particularly surrounding my sexuality.

Once I emerged from the baby years of motherhood, I felt a deep calling to make a meaningful impact while continuing my personal growth journey. That’s when I discovered the Enneagram and embarked on a journey of reclaiming my own sexuality, a transformative experience that reshaped my life.

As I explored new paths personally, I also gathered a wide variety of professional experience: I supported online coaches operationally, explored coaching myself, and launched The Not Tonight Project - a nonprofit and podcast dedicated to exploring women’s sexuality in long-term relationships. It’s been a thrilling journey of empowerment and discovery!

Today, my work at Nectarfull blends my love for supporting women in finding and raising their own voices with my enthusiasm for online business. I’m passionate about helping women living life with passion, intuition, and intention.

I live in the forest of the Pacific Northwest with my husband of 15 years and our three children. When I’m not working, you can find me traveling, enjoying nature, grooving to vibey music, or sipping on a green smoothie.
