I have always been called to help people and it was this calling that drew me to life coaching. While I was getting my certification I was shocked at how easy it was! Someone once told me that if your job comes easy, then that is what you were made to do, and that is exactly what life coaching is for me. I was made to do this. I was made to help you.

Specializing in Mental Wellness comes from a personal understanding of mental struggles. I was sexually abused as a child. At different points in my life I have been diagnosed with PTSD, Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Suicidal Ideations, BED, Anorexia, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, OCD, and ADHD. So many labels and letters.

Through years of therapy, prayer, yelling at God, pleading with God, and relinquishing it all to Him I have found so much healing. I have been made new through Christ, and I am no longer a victim, no longer paralyzed, no longer consumed by self hate, no longer defined by the labels and letters. I am defined by Christ.

My testimony of freedom allows me to have the compassion, understanding, and interpersonal skills to be an effective coach. It is my privilege to come alongside you in your suffering and walk towards healing. When you work with me you will gain emotional intelligence, self awareness, coping skills, and if you let Him in, a deeper reliance on Christ so that He can heal the broken parts. He makes beauty from ashes, grows flowers in broken stone.

I hold a Bachelors degree in Human Services, a Life Coach Certification from Coach Training Alliance, and a Ministry Leadership Certification from Grace Community Church. I live in Erie PA with my husband and two crazy toddlers. You can find me snuggling up on family movie nights, hiking at Lake Erie, or reading at my favorite coffee shop.
